What Works For Me
I have never been a gym girl. I, like many have joined countless gyms over the years and maybe went once or twice only to continue to pay for additional months thinking I'd go back. I stopped that madness about 8 years ago- thank goodness! I like working out at home but had to find the right workout that I would actually stick to and would give me visible results in a short amount of time. The workout that gave me the quickest results and started my 30 pound weight-loss was the 21 Day Fix. If you have the discipline to work out at home I highly recommend you check out all of the Beachbody offerings and see which one you connect with so you will stay the course and see the results you want.
I also keep free weights and bands behind my couch and use them while I watch TV and when I cook. I keep a band around my ankles most of the day and do side steps while I am working or standing around. I find great exercises on Pinterest and Facebook so I don't get bored doing the same routines every day.
